Overview

Are you someone who enjoys digging into data and research to uncover opportunities others might miss? Tyndale is seeking a Strategic Account Growth Analyst to help identify new growth opportunities within our existing national and enterprise customer portfolio.

This is a non-customer-facing, analytical sales strategy role where you’ll turn customer, market, and organizational intelligence into actionable recommendations for our National Account Executive team. You’ll research strategic accounts, identify buying signals and whitespace opportunities, map organizations and stakeholders, and use Salesforce and sales intelligence tools to help our Sales team determine where the greatest opportunities exist and where to focus next.

HYBRID/REMOTE: Tyndale supports a strong work-life balance. This opportunity requires onsite work a minimum of 1 day per week, and 4 days per week remotely. To be considered, candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our corporate headquarters in Pipersville, PA (Bucks County) or our location in Houston, TX (City Centre).

  • Identify and prioritize whitespace, cross-sell, upsell, new-location, business-unit, and enterprise-wide expansion opportunities within existing strategic accounts.
  • Build organizational maps, stakeholder profiles, and account intelligence that provide greater visibility into customer structures, decision-makers, and potential buying centers.
  • Evaluate opportunities based on revenue potential, strategic fit, customer readiness, buying signals, account complexity, and available evidence, translating findings into clear recommendations for National Account Executives.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, sales intelligence, strategic account planning, business analysis, account growth, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, validate, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources and distinguish meaningful sales and business signals from background information.
  • Experience using business intelligence, market research, organizational analysis, or customer data to identify account growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, including account and opportunity records, reports, dashboards, list views, and data-quality practices.
