Overview

The Tyndale Company, a 9x Top Workplace winner in PA and woman-owned business, is seeking a Product Manager to join our dynamic IT department! This position will own and drive the evolution of Tyndale’s custom MAS500 ERP system, a critical platform that powers our B2B allowance apparel programs. This role will serve as the functional bridge between business users and technical teams, guiding the enhancement, support, and integration of key system and business processes, interfaces with other systems (such as Warehouse Management System, and ERP applications (ex: Sales Order Entry, Shipping, Receiving, etc.)

 

HYBRID/REMOTE: Tyndale supports a strong work-life balance. This opportunity requires onsite work a minimum of 1 day per week, and 4 days per week remotely. To be considered, candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our corporate headquarters in Pipersville, PA (Bucks County).

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Product Manager for Tyndale’s MAS500 ERP system, aligning system enhancements with evolving business needs.
  • Translate user requirements into clear, actionable user stories and product documentation for development teams.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on allowance logic, ERP workflows, and data dependencies tied to fulfillment operations.
  • Own the development of functional mockups, wireframes, or workflow diagrams to illustrate proposed enhancements to the MAS500 ERP system and applications – collaborating with stakeholders to validate requirements and support developer handoff.
  • Own the product backlog, conduct grooming sessions, and prioritize features based on business value, risk, and cross-system impact.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders from customer service, sales, warehouse operations, and IT to ensure seamless process alignment.
  • Maintain strong understanding of integrations between MAS500 and WMS, especially for inventory updates, pick-pack-ship processes, and customer order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure that ERP-supported financial modules – such as accounts receivable and invoicing – function accurately and meet evolving compliance and reporting needs.
  • Support sprint planning, QA reviews, and UAT activities to validate business functionality and ensure user readiness.
  • Participate in the triage of production issues helping to determine business impact and providing insight on how a process should work vs what is broken.
  • Prioritize fixes and ongoing defect preventative measures.
  • Own communication with business users: sets expectations, shares workarounds, and outlines timelines for resolution.
  • Champion best practices for ERP lifecycle management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in ERP systems or product management roles, ideally within a B2B, eCommerce, Finance or distribution-based industry.
  • Strong familiarity with MAS500 (Sage) or other mid-market ERP/Finance systems and business process customization.
  • Experience supporting warehouse, inventory, and fulfillment workflows via ERP-WMS integrations.
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and converting business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills, backlog management, and agile delivery expertise.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to drive clarity in complex and evolving environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP-driven financial processes, such as invoicing, ledger balancing, payment terms, revenue recognition, or integration with external accounting platforms.
  • Preferred: Experience working with Finance or Accounting stakeholders to support system audits, reconciliation processes, or financial report automation.
  • Preferred: Experience with customer-specific programs, shipping logistics, or allocation-based order logic.
