Overview

You’ll be the go-to owner of our customer price lists—keeping them sharp, strategic, and always in step with Tyndale’s pricing playbook. By championing “best-in-class” product adoption, phasing out obsolete items, and spotting every opportunity to boost revenue, you’ll help us stay competitive and profitable. Day-to-day, you’ll partner closely with our National Accounts as well as the Sales & Marketing teams, serving up accurate, timely price lists that make their jobs (and our customers’ lives) easier.

 

HYBRID/REMOTE: Tyndale supports a strong work-life balance. This opportunity requires onsite work a minimum of 1 day per week, and 4 days per week remotely. To be considered, candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our corporate headquarters in Pipersville, PA (Bucks County) or our location in Houston, TX (City Centre).

Responsibilities

  • Seek to drive continuous improvement and enhancements of existing Pricelist management processes;
  • Communicate results for Pricelist updates and initiatives to leadership and relevant stakeholders;
  • Ensure Pricelist compliance to organizational strategy and highest revenue generation through collaboration with Marketing and organizational stakeholders;
  • Manage customer Pricelists in accordance with Marketing analysis, competition for comparable items, product obsolescence, product life cycle, and corporate strategy;
  • Aid new business opportunities by creating competitive pricelist offerings of core stocked product assortments;
  • Complete all basic and complex pricing, logos, and audit updates;
  • Participate in effective price reviews on large opportunities with cross-functional stakeholders;
  • Ensure contractual pricing is harmonized across accounts that have relationships or contractual obligations, maintaining account relationship data points in Tyndale systems;
  • Perform annual review of all pricing to ensure price enhancements are completed and meeting/exceeding margin;
  • Collaborate with Merchandising on high volume product adoption and pruning opportunities;
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Sales and Account Management on necessary item management;
  • Account Renewals functions - create new Pricelists, update pricing, logos, items, and Pricelist audit.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of high-level customer service experience or minimum of 1 year of Tyndale Customer Support experience required.
  • Must have proficient skills in MS Word and Excel.
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
  • Effective organizational skills lending to the ability to establish priorities and monitor own workload.
  • Proven ability to build rapport with internal and external customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
