Overview

The Tyndale Company, an 8x Top Workplace winner in PA/4x Top Workplace winner in TX, is seeking a Field Sales Representative (FSR) to join our dynamic Client Services team! In this position, the FSR provides support to the Sales Team by traveling nationally to customer sites to perform product fittings for specialized safety wear, and serve as a product knowledge expert answering technical and all other questions about products during fittings.

 

HYBRID/REMOTE: Tyndale supports a strong work-life balance. This opportunity requires onsite work a minimum of 1 day per week, and 4 days per week remotely. To be considered, candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our corporate headquarters in Pipersville, PA (Bucks County) or our location in Houston, TX (City Centre).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site and virtual education sessions for customer employee, providing in-depth guidance on program specifications and facilitating accurate, efficient product ordering.
  • Partner with other members of the Sales team to support lead and prospect conversion.
  • Develop and present customized client presentations, including product features, benefits, and fitting recommendations.
  • Communicate technical aspects and compliance requirements of protective apparel and PPE at customer events.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules for on-site customer visits, ensuring alignment with client needs and company priorities.
  • Attend tradeshows and other client events, supporting Tyndale’s brand visibility and customer engagement.

 

Additional Responsibilities to be performed when not traveling:

  • Conduct routine inventory of event tools kits, reorder supplies.
  • Maintain roster management for Accounts’ teams and assist with reporting.
  • Continuously review and process organization discontinued items.
  • Facilitate internal product trainings and support onboarding efforts.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel extensively both domestically and internationally via air and car (up to 90% during heavy business capacity times).
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted required.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, learn quickly, adaptable.
