This internship will provide valuable learning opportunities in areas including raw material planning, garment manufacturing, and process improvement. Interns will participate in day-to-day manufacturing and supply chain planning activities and gain practical skills, industry knowledge, and professional development under the guidance of experienced leaders.

• Support inventory management efforts by monitoring stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and reconciling discrepancies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to review, update, create, and streamline manufacturing SOPs, processes, and procedures.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned to support departmental goals and objectives.

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a bachelor’s program, preferably in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
