  • Overview

    Tyndale Company, Inc. is looking for a Project Manager of Grounds to provide grounds keeping services to Tyndale’s three Pipersville facilities and properties owned by Tyndale’s ownership group. They will work to maintain and improve all exterior grounds, equipment, and other physical assets.


    For Tyndale Company, Inc.:

    • Responsible for maintaining Tyndale’s three (3) properties;
    • Maintenance includes, but is not limited to:
      • Lawn care, snow removal, garden bed improvements, all tree-work, debris removal and general clean up (leaf removal, gutter cleaning, etc.);
      • Upkeep of fencing, painting, some construction;
      • Maintenance of ponds and retention basins, winterize buildings;
    • Set-up and breakdown of decorations and company events;
    • Support for maintenance budgeting, including the proper issuance of purchase orders for all cash expenditures;
    • Serve as a member of the Safety Committee.

    For Ownership Properties:

    • Responsible for general property management including, but not limited to:
      • Lawn care, snow removal, fencing, tree work, maintaining garden beds, debris and leaf removal, general clean up;
      • Winterize houses and buildings, pool maintenance, general house maintenance during winter months;
      • Maintain vehicle fleet.


    • HS Diploma or equivalent required;
    • Valid driver’s license;
    • Proven ability to problem solve, possesses “fix-it” skills;
    • Ability for operation and maintenance of machines and tools (lawnmowers, string trimmers, chainsaws, tractors, skid steers, snow-blowers, etc.);
    • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills;
    • Ability to work independently and learn quickly;
    • A strong sense of urgency and action-oriented.
    • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs, with or without assistance.
