    Tyndale Company, Inc. has a great opportunity for a Logo Specialist to join our dynamic Account Services team at our Pipersville, PA location. This position will directly support the Sales Department by creating and maintaining logo requests, from the initial inquiry by the customer to the final logo application to the garment, as well as building upon relationships with customers. This position will be expected to function independently and/or collaboratively bringing fresh thinking, an open mind and a strong work ethic to the team environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain relationships with key contacts at new and existing customers and interact with them over the phone and e-mail. Work closely with key contact to identify and ensure integrity of customer’s branding requirements;
    • Create and maintain customer logo information in MAS 500. Systematically check information to ensure accuracy is maintained;
    • Identify process improvements and implement proposed solutions to streamline efficiencies with all things logo-related;
    • Maintain Tyndale Ti-net Resource page with all applicable logo information for the department;
    • Work closely with assigned National Account Manager and/or Account Manager and Account Administrator to ensure all customer logo needs are satisfied in a timely period;
    • Communicate with various internal Tyndale departments and outsourced design vendors to resolve customer design challenges, concerns, requests, etc. Identify and propose solutions to best meet customer requirements, without compromising quality;
    • Develop logo cost by utilizing tools provided by the Operations and Marketing Departments. Work closely with Sales to assign pricing for each logo code created in MAS 500;
    • Audit pricelists for logo placement and design challenges; communicate with customer and embellishments to revise logo and update system;
    • Use Company Process Management system to record actions and tasks handled through the logo request process;
    • Coordinate with Embellishments Department for production of stitch-out for final customer logo approval. Create Logo Approval Documents and coordinate approval signatures the customer;
    • Provide Embellishments Department with customer approved logo code and stitch file;
    • Implement adjustments to digitized files through PULSE software tool;
    • Review and approve invoicing from various outsourced design vendors;
    • Clearly communicate issues that you cannot solve to the Account Administration manager in a timely manner.

    Qualifications

    • HS Diploma or equivalent required;
    • Minimum of 2 years of prior Customer-facing experience required;
    • Experience and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator required;
    • Experience using PULSE software a plus;
    • Proficiency using MS Word required and MS Excel preferred;
    • Excellent organizational skills;
    • Ability to build rapport with internal and external customers;
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
    • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively; Strong time-management skills;
    • Possess strong sense of urgency;
    • Detail oriented and maintain a high level of accuracy in their work;
    • Strong sense of typography, composition and color, a sharp eye for detail.
