  • Overview

    Tyndale is hiring an organized and driven Laundry Services Supervisor. The Laundry Services Supervisor will be responsible for the oversight of Tyndale’s specialty Laundry Services needs. This includes responsibilities such as vendor management of third party industrial laundry providers and invoicing to our clients.  You will provide both strategic and tactical management to the Laundry Department, including day-to-day oversight in order to provide timely vendor payments and billing.


    • Supervision of the Laundry Department;
    • Review and approve laundry vendor invoices.  Ensure invoice accuracy and work with laundries to resolve discrepancies; 
    • Coordinate client set up and maintenance for systematic laundry invoicing;
    • Maintain laundry billing cycles to assure timeliness of invoicing and customer billing;
    • Create and maintain custom Excel invoice templates for each laundry account;
    • Create and maintain customer laundry information in MAS500 Launcher.  Systematically check information to ensure accuracy is maintained;
    • Work closely with Sales to identify laundry suppliers that meet the requirements on qualified sales and customer opportunities.  Negotiate services needed and cost for the application;
    • Create and execute a Statement of Work document which defines the customer application.  The description includes defining the processes and overall requirements for Tyndale, our Laundry partner, and the customer.  Collaboration with Sales and the Laundry partner is needed throughout this process;
    • Collaboration with Sales/Marketing to finalize negotiated pricing and terms between Tyndale and our Laundry supplier partner. Assure the execution of these finalized contracts.
    • Facilitate Kick off meeting with our internal Tyndale team (Sales, Account Management team, Supply) and the Laundry Supplier.  This meeting typically includes introductions of key individuals, confirmation on all processes, launch date discussion, etc.;
    • Collaboration with Sales/Marketing on contract renewals and statement of work updates with our laundry suppliers;
    • Work closely with our internal Sales and Account Management team to help resolve any open or ongoing issues with our laundry suppliers.


    • Associates degree required in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting preferred; Bachelor’s degree preferred;
    • 1-2 years prior supervisory experience with strong leadership skills providing a proven ability to coach and mentor;
    • Minimum of 2 years billing experience & Accounts Payable preferred;
    • Client and vendor facing experience preferred;
    • Proficiency using MS Word and advanced Excel is a core requirement;
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment;
    • Excellent problem solving abilities;
    • Self-starter and detail oriented;
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the proven ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize;
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
    • Travel to customer or prospect locations may be needed at times for presentations related to new account implementations, contract renewals or issue resolution.
