    Are you extremely detail-oriented and are you a natural problem solver?  Do you enjoy working independently, exercising sound judgment, and placing a strong focus on maintaining accurate information?  If you answered yes to all of the above, Tyndale is looking for you!  We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Supply Coordinator, to join our growing Purchasing Department.  In the Supply Coordinator role, you will perform purchasing functions and work closely with the Buyer, Supply Manager, and Distribution Center team to ensure efficient procurement and receipt of goods.

    Responsibilities

    • Verify Advanced Shipping Notice’s (ASN’s) for accuracy from Suppliers;
    • Process pre-receiving transactions of incoming goods;
    • Identify and resolve discrepancies of incoming goods using prompt and sound judgment;
    • Regular communication with suppliers via email/phone to update on status’ of shipments;
    • Resolve discrepancies within the system including inventory transactions as required;
    • Process Return to Vendor (RTV) requests;
    • Identify and expedite backorders;
    • Maintain weekly vendor open order reports, maintain data in operating system;

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    • One year experience with data entry;
    • Prior Admin/Purchasing experience a plus;
    • Proficiency using MS Word, Outlook and Excel;
    • Ability to demonstrate prioritization and time management skills;
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment;
    • Good problem solving skills;
    • Experience in MAS500 Operating system a plus.
