Support Outside Sales Staff by providing direct on-site sales and service to customer accounts.

Regular travel to customer�s sites to meet with employee�s and solicit orders; In the process of soliciting orders, to demonstrate/explain features and benefits of products; Make recommendations of products, emphasizing higher margin items; ; Perform fittings for customer�s employees; Explain technical nature of products during fittings, ensuring that the purchasers understand the need for protective clothing;; Collect cash payment for Take orders placedfor products during fittings, and make changecollect money, where necessary; Meet with key customer management while traveling to identify problems that may result in reduced sales to that account, and to build relationships; Prepare �fit kits� for fittings; Manage on-site customer visit schedule; Manage travel itinerary and make travel arrangements for travel to customers;fittings; Attend and/or Occasionally attend and present at trade shows, as requested; Follow-up with dissatisfied customers to ensure their problems are resolves, and to ensure they will re-order from the Company. Prepare samples for fittings; Monitor vehicle maintenance schedule, road test Company vehicles to identify maintenance needs; Conduct monthly inventory of �fit kit�; Assist sales team by preparing customized catalogs and order forms and building new employees in the computer system when not on road.

Ability to travel extensively (up to 100% during heavy business capacity times)- both nationally and regionally via air and car; HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor�s Degree preferred. Current valid driver�s license; Strong computer skills- proficient in MS Office. Adobe Acrobat a plus; Detail-oriented; Strong organization skills; Ability to work independently; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to understand and explain information of a technical nature; Excellent organization and time management skills; Strong interpersonal skills; proven ability to quickly build effective relationships; Action-orientation; Ability to learn quickly.
