Overview

Tyndale Company, Inc. has a new opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our prestigious Sales department. The Sales Administrator will support the National Sales Team by managing our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM), completing administrative tasks, and handling basic lead qualification and assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all inbound sales leads are reviewed and appropriately assigned within our CRM system according to our sales territory parameters;
  • Place outbound calls to qualify new leads where we have limited information;
  • Utilize data.com to update our CRM with additional key contacts and account information;
  • Assist Sales with researching new opportunities for prospective customers and add them to our CRM;
  • Cleanse our CRM system to eliminate duplicates and dated information;
  • Add customizations in our CRM that allow for greater ease in use, increased efficiency, and additional reporting capabilities;
  • Prepare monthly CRM reports to track sales activity on leads, contacts, and opportunities;
  • Assist with all preparation related to our national sales meetings;
  • Assist with Quarterly sales reviews and tracking sales bonus eligibility;
  • Assist with organizational sales initiatives, including projects and research assignments;
  • Offer assistance with onsite customer and prospect company visits, helping to facilitate details with welcoming, touring, and meal planning.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required;
  • A minimum of one year of CRM system experience is required, Salesforce experience is preferred;
  • Candidate must be comfortable with some outbound prospecting;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent organization and time management skills;
  • Strong computer skills—proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
