To assist the Manufacturing Manager in procurement of raw materials, creation of Work Orders and Purchase Orders. Accurately receive Tyndale manufactured items into computer inventory, review transaction for errors, rectify and record discrepancies in manufacturing.


  • Run replenishment planning softwear to create cut orders for manufactured or Tyndale private labeled products. Place orders with cut and sew factories or appropriate vendor;
  • Review and update delivery information;
  • Review and enter data accurately of cut orders, transfer orders, purchase orders, and receipt of finished goods in a timely manner;
  • Work with inventory control and perform other data entry duties;
  • Review and complete receiving paperwork for inbound shipment;
  • Resolve production discrepancy, with accounting department and manufacturing facilities;
  • Close out and complete work order at end of job;
  • Print garment lot labels and hang tags for each job;
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned;



  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Working computer knowledge—proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum of one year prior data entry experience required;
  • Previous experience with manufacturing, Bill of Materials and production routings a plus.
