Purpose of Position:
Facilitate the customer return process by verifying, labeling, and processing incoming returns following Tyndale’s return procedure. Verify, label and process incoming returns as per returns process. Communicate consistently with customer service, supervisor, manager, and alterations department. Ensure customers receive a credit or replacement order.
