Do you have experience with manufacturing and material procurement? Do you value accuracy, efficiency, and have a strong attention to detail with an ability to enter and maintain large volumes of order data? If so, we have an exciting opportunity as a Manufacturing Coordinator, Materials at Tyndale Company. This position is integral in assisting the Manufacturing Manager in procuring raw materials, creating work orders and purchase orders. This position is responsible for accurately receiving Tyndale manufactured items into computer inventory, reviewing transaction for errors, and rectifying and recording discrepancies in manufacturing.



  • Run reports on Replenishment Planning (RP) Software to create cut orders for manufactured products. Place orders with cut and sew factories or appropriate vendor;
  • Utilize RP to create purchase orders for private labeled products.  Place orders with vendors; maintain accurate pricing and delivery information for each product ordered;
  • Review and enter data accurately of cut orders, transfer orders, purchase orders, and receipt of finished goods in a timely manner;
  • Build new Bill of Materials and routings; maintain and update Bill of Materials as needed in Tyndale’s MAS 500 software;
  • Work with inventory control to perform other data entry duties;
  • Review and complete receiving paperwork for inbound shipment for manufacturing discrepancies;
  • Resolve production discrepancy, with Accounting department;
  • Maintain manufactured items’ Standard Cost; communicate results to stakeholders and management;
  • Close out and complete work order at end of replenishment job, ensuring all processes of manufactured garments heed proper follow up and execution.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by department manager;


  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required;
  • At least one (1) year of prior data entry experience required;
  • Previous experience in manufacturing industry, Bills of Materials and production routings preferred;
  • Previous experience working in a MAS 500 or similar system a plus;
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel programs;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask;
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; Proven ability to report and communicate manufacturing costs and results to all levels of the organization;
  • Ability to work independently and on a team;
